CARING FOR YOUR MAKOA PIECES
We recommend that all swimsuits are hand washed and hung to dry after use.
Swimsuits can be machine washed but it is important to rinse suits after swimming in chlorine to preserve longevity.
SHIPPING
Your order will be shipped the next business day after it is received.
All orders must be received by 12:00AM EST to be shipped the following day.
If you have a specific shipping request or urgent matter. Contact us and we will see how we can assist.
TAXES AND DUTIES
All orders may subjected to duties and taxes which are based on the country in which you live. This amount can vary. MAKOA is not responsible for these duties/taxes applied to your package. If you refuse a shipment from MAKOA, you are still responsible for the charges.
REFUND AND PROCESSING
Though we'd love to give our MAKOA babes the option for refunds/exchanges, due to hygienic purposes this is not permitted unless there is a manufacturing defect.
If you feel there is a defect, our team must review and determine if this is liable. When approved we will begin processing the return.
Shipping charges are non-refundable.
